Delivery Details:
We usually deliver flowers across Metropolitan Melbourne - 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. Prices are flat rates based on distance. See delivery suburbs below.
Delivery time slots should be taken as a guide - we will do our absolute best to meet these but sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen.
We're currently delivering Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot take delivery time requests. Our drivers are delivering between 11am and 6pm and are following routes based on the orders we have each day. If you need your order delivered by a specific time please email us at info@azaleaflowers.com.au as we may be able to organise a priority courier for an additional fee.
When ordering please make sure someone will be there to receive the flowers, or there is a safe place they can be left unattended.
Flowers are sent wet wrapped and on arrival should have the ends trimmed and be placed in water within 2 hours or ordered in a vessel so they can drink (especially on a hot day!).
If delivery is to a hospital or nursing home please check these facilities are receiving flowers before placing your order.
* Please note: If there is no one home and no safe place to leave the driver will return the flowers to our warehouse at your cost and there will be an additional charge for re-delivery. Flowers can be collected from our store free of charge.
We also offer free collection from our South Melbourne Market store on market days (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun) or on other days from our warehouse at 2 Mantell Street, Coburg North. Please leave us a note with your preferred location and time.
